HOW WE CAN HELP Key Programs & Services for Employers Quick Reference Sheet ORGANIZATION EMPLOYER ACCESSIBILITY RESOURCE NETWORK (EARN) WHO WE ARE    The Employment Accessibility Resource Network (EARN) is a community initiative, led by United Way Ottawa, that brings together in partnership employers, service providers and other stakeholders with the goal of increasing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and promoting inclusive and accessible workplaces in Ottawa and the National Capital Region. EARN members support best practices for the hiring of people with disabilities and champion meaningful work for meaningful pay, and endorse the Guiding Principles of EARN. HOW WE CAN HELP Key Programs & Services for Employers PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Contact: Benefits for Employers EARN will: Help You Find Talent – EARN has access to a virtually untapped talent pool that will meet your HR needs. Make It Easy – EARN provides a coordinated point of access for service providers and employers through job match conference calls, shared job postings, and networkking events that put you directly in contact with qualified job seekers. Give You Tools to Succeed – EARN hosts learning events where you will learn from experts about inclusionary hiring practices and gain tools to put these best practices into action.
