Realization Program evaluation may not be the most authentic area for me to focus on as a public health professional Recognized need to bridge evaluation with effective public health policy development and ongoing rural health research Teaching and mentoring is the most rewarding aspect of my current work Some things cannot be changed Need to expand academic credentials to achieve personal and professional goals
