Answer Severe ventilatory limitation on an obstructive basis Significant hyperinflation is present with increased TLC & RV/TLC. Low Dlco is consistent with emphysema.

Answer Mild ventilatory limitation. Obesity After MCT, mild asthma & obesity.

Answer Obstructive pattern. MVV is less than predicted by FEV1of 47% predicted( poor effort, NMD, major airway lesion). Flow-volume curve is characteristic of major airway lesion.

Answer Spirometry data are normal but the flow- volume curve shows increased curvature over the lower 50% of FVC suggestive of mild airway obstruction.

Answer Nonspecific ventilatory limitation ( Normal TLC, FEV1 & FVC reduced, FEV1/FVC normal) Hyperactive airway disease

Mixed pattern (obesity). MCT was positive.
