My Education Experience Graduate of Viterbo University ~ May 2012 Major: Elementary Education Minor: Early Childhood Education 4th year Kindergarten teacher at Lemonweir Elementary in Tomah, Wisconsin Helped start the Watch D.O.G.S. program at Lemonweir (4th year)

Strengths Students are continuing to make gains in reading and writing. PALS scores increase with every testing window. Students have become more comfortable within the classroom environment, as well as, with their daily work skills. Giving positive feedback along with one idea/thought to work on.

Growth plan Gradual Release of Responsibility Classroom Workshop Implement the optimal learning model of I do it, We do it, We do it together, and You do it. Develop lessons that show gradual release of responsibility for all subjects. Keep as a routine. Classroom Workshop Make a priority of conferencing with students during reading and the writing process. Help students set personal goals for reading and writing through individual conferencing. Help build CONFIDENCE! Formative Reflective Assessment Keep detailed anecdotal, observational notes on students. Keep student profiles up to date. Take time for personal reflection of teaching.
