MARITIME MEDICAL MODULES Future State JOMIS MARITIME MEDICAL MODULES + Environmental Health Module System Management/Database utility Radiation Health Module DMLSS Maritime Module Following MHS GENESIS Release 4 (Madigan) – Cerner will hand over to the JOMIS PMO a “golden disc” which will contain the Cerner Millennium EHR + Henry Shein Dentrix dental module. The JOMIS PMO will determine configure the gold disc MHS GENESIS to meet the needs of OM. All services will receive the same product as part of their JOMIS package. In addition to this version of GENESIS, Navy Fleet will also receive maritime medical module (MMM) with the health services module no longer part of MMM as GENESIS will take care of it’s needs. Working is being done to interface MMM with MHS GENESIS. Segment 2 GENESIS = Core Application Theater hospitals, T-AHs, Surface Ships, Subs, SOF ERC and MCC at POI No/Low comms environment NOT THERE YET!!!!!!

WHAT’S UP? The Team What we’ve been up to… Preparation for the next wave…IS NOW! Identify key personnel and Fleet subject matter experts (SMEs). Work flows… Validate previously collected data…NUMBERS ARE IMPORTANT! Technical Validation! COAs Critical conduit in the bi-directional communication!

JLV: Bridging the gap JLV: Joint Legacy Viewer. Read only viewer providing link between MHS Genesis and legacy system data. Also provides link to VA data. JLV provides an integrated read-only view of health data from MHS Genesis, VA and Department of Defense (DoD) sources in a common viewer. Jointly developed by VA and DoD as an important stepping stone toward interoperability and modernization of our health information systems in support of all of Service members including Wounded Warriors and Veterans.
