Paper Relief Sculptures
Bas- relief Sculpture: sculpture that has a definite front and back and the forms stick out slightly. Sculpture-in-the-round: This type of sculpture can be viewed from all sides (no back that isn’t meant to be seen).
Texture: two types—real- can be felt, or implied- painted or drawn, as in: slick, smooth, bumpy, rough. Craftsmanship: The overall neatness and care you put into creating your work of art.
Variety: Differences in scale, line, value, and shape that give interest to a composition. Unity: The harmony of all the visual elements in a work of art.
