Five Areas of Focus 1. Fostering a strong work ethic – Doing the best they can in every subject, completing homework, having a study routine, doing study as well as homework, trying their best in exams. 2. Respect for others and inclusion – Trying to be a friend of all their classmates, no swearing and snide remarks, be aware of classmates that are feeling down and need help, including all classmates in activities, respect for teachers. 3. Respect for property – Looking after their personal appearance, looking after their own property, looking after school property. 4. Self-control – Knowing how not to give into whims. Not eating during class. 5. Spiritual Formation – Encourage the boys to attend Mass during the week, spiritual reading and reading of the Gospels, fortnightly confession, visits to the Chapel before and after school.
