Money and Legislators: Should our company make corporate contributions to candidate campaigns? Should our PAC make contributions? Why or why not? Should we require our executives to contribute to the company PAC? Should we contribute to 527s?

Money and Legislators: American companies can’t bribe foreign officials. Isn’t this just legalized bribery? Would you favor a federal law limiting campaign expenditures, like salary caps in sports?
