Contracting The Statement of Work was submitted to ECCC’s Procurement & Contracting Services Division in August 2018. A number of clarifications/revisions completed Current status: The Request for Proposal (RFP) has been drafted Manager of Procurement office conducting final review Within 12 to 24 hours of receiving translation, the RFP will be posted for 40 days Review of mandatory requirements (1 to 2 days) Review of technical proposals (one week) by working group

Next Steps and Timelines A number of documentation has been put together to provide to the successful bidder once chosen Working group established to review bids Overall timelines have been adjusted to reflect where we are now at with contract.
