مقدمه و شرح مسئله مفهوم رفتار و تحليل رفتاری در تئوری سيستم ها Behavioral Systems Analysis is an approach to organizational design and management. It is based on the premise that organizations are complex systems. changes in one aspect of performance in an organization necessarily affects performance in another parts of an organization. A primary goal of BSA is to create a balanced applications in which areas of poor performance are improved, areas of high performance are maintained, and employee performance outcomes are directed towards organizational goals. This is done through the careful use of behavioral and systems theories, and the application of research based principles of behavior, such as reinforcement, punishment, stimulus control, discrimination and generalization.

مقدمه و شرح مسئله انواع رفتار ( فردی، گروهی، سازمانی) رفتار سازماني: يكي از دانشهاي ميان رشته ايست. موضوع آن مطالعة رفتار افراد و گروه ها در بستر سازمان می باشد. تقريبا دارای معماری موضوعي مشخصی است. متشکل از موضوعات متنوعی از مباحث روانشناسی و سازمانی است. مفهوم مديريت رفتار سازمانی ارتباط و جايگاه رفتار سازمانی در فناوری اطلاعات اجزای کلی هر سازمان ( انسان، تجهيزات وابزار، جريانهای مواد-اطلاعات-مالی) ابعاد تغييرات سازمان در اثر بکارگيری فناوری اطلاعات (تجهيزات، جريان ها) لزوم مديريت تغييرات در ابعاد انسانی

مقدمه و شرح مسئله سئوالات اساسی: چگونه بايد تغييرات اجزاء انسانی سازمان را با تغييرات در ديگر ابعاد که در اثر فناوری اطلاعات بوجود مي آيد هماهنگ نمود؟ رفتار افراد و گروه ها در سازمان چگونه از تغييرات تکنولوژي تاثير مي پذيرد؟ رفتار افراد و گروه ها در سازمان چگونه بر تغييرات تکنولوژيکی تاثير ميگذارد؟ چگونه بايد تغيير رفتار سازمان در اثر تغييرات تکنولوژيکی را مديريت نمود؟ چگونه مي توان از فناوری اطلاعات برای مديريت رفتار سازمان استفاده نمود؟

روش ارزيابي امتحان پايان ترم مباحثات مجازی پروژه مطالعاتي (اختياری) موضوع کليه مباحثات، نحوه استفاده از IT در عملی نمودن مفاهيم مديريت رفتار سازمانی پروژه مطالعاتي (اختياری) جمع‌آوري مقالات پيرامون کاربرد فناوري‌هاي سخت‌افزاري، نرم‌افزاري و شبکه در موضوع زنجيره عرضه (5 مقاله)

نکات مهم

نکات مهم کليه دانشجويان موظفند، تا تاريخ اعلام شده با مراجعه به پرتال درس با آدرس courses.alirezahashemi.net در آن ثبت نام نمايند. مراحل ثبت نام در پورتال درس: ثبت نام و تعريف شناسه و رمز عبور (برای افرادی که برای اولين بار مراجعه می نمايند) ورود به پرتال با شناسه کاربری انتخاب و ايجاد دسترسی به درس (رمز دسترسی: itob89901 ) در صورت عدم مراجعه و ثبت نام در پورتال تا تاريخ مقرر, امکان ثبت نام از بين رفته و صرفا با مراجعه به استاد امکان پذير خواهد بود.

نکات مهم ساير نکات: در صورت عدم مراجعه و ثبت نام تا موعد مقرر، دانشجو منصرف از درس شناخته شده و به عنوان غايب به آموزش معرفی خواهد شد. کليه تمارين و پروژه های درس و ساير موارد خواسته شده فقط و فقط از طريق پرتال از دانشجو اخذ خواهد شد. کليه دانشجويانی که به هر دليل در برخي کلاسها حضور نمي يابند, موظفند مطالب,تکاليف و ساير موارد مطروحه در کلاس را دنبال نموده و انجام دهند. عدم حضور دانشجو در سر کلاس, به هيچ عنوان دليل موجهی برای انجام ندادن تکاليف و وظايف خواسته شده نخواهد بود.

نکات مهم ساير نکات: آمار حضور و غياب دانشجويان در طول ترم تاثير مستقيم در نمره آنان خواهد داشت.
