Discrimination Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.

More than words… It is said that a picture is worth 1000 words. On the previous slide you saw the definition of discrimination. To get a feel for what color discrimination looked like during the Jim Crow era I am going to show you a series of photos that depict color discrimination. Some of these images may be difficult to view.
