Ingredients 1 small carrot, topped and tailed 2 spring onions 40g beansprouts 25g frozen peas 1 x 15 ml spoon oyster sauce 4 filo pastry sheets, cut in half oil © Food – a fact of life 2009

Equipment Vegetable peeler Grater Mixing bowl Kitchen scissors Spoon Non-stick baking tray Pastry brush Chopping board © Food – a fact of life 2009

Method 1. Peel the carrot. © Food – a fact of life 2009

Method 2. Grate the carrot. © Food – a fact of life 2009

3. Snip the spring onions into the bowl. © Food – a fact of life 2009

4. Add the beansprouts, peas and oyster sauce. © Food – a fact of life 2009
