eGovernment: current policy The eGovernment conception has been accepted on September 11, 2002 by the Cabinet of ministers The eGovernment conception is a policy planning document, which was elaborated to determine the main strategic guidelines for development and implementations of eGovernment in Latvia Information Society Bureau is the responsible authority for eGovernment development

Status of the ISB

Main tasks and responsibilities of ISB. Information Society Policy development and implementation Unified eGovernment project development and monitoring of implementation Development and improvement of State Information Systems Advisor body for Prime Minister and Cabinet of Ministers for IT&Tsector
