“C’s” of Officiating Conference: Confidence: Communication: As in Pregame Conference Confidence: Knowing the Rules…Proper Signals & Positioning Communication: Partners, Players, Coaches & Table Personal Consistency: Same Play…Same Ruling…Both ends of court Caveat: You MAY be consistently WRONG! We need to be consistently RIGHT!

“C’s” of Officiating Concentration: Commitment: Cohesiveness: At all times…Especially during dead situations Commitment: Being mentally and physically at your best Cohesiveness: We are the 3rd team…Be the Best Team! Check-In: Make eye contact frequently with partner(s) Consult with Partners: Special situations…Rule Interpretations
