Consent What is consent? Legal Definition: positive cooperation in act or attitude, free-will or voluntary. “I want this as much as you do, in this way and at this time.” Ask , Wait, Respect Consent is not; unconscious, intoxicated, silent, saying they aren’t sure, or threatened.
