Kali CFM Period 6 Business Plan The Drop-Off Kali CFM Period 6 Business Plan

Mission Statement At The Drop-Off, our mission is to provide our customers with the best child care, friendliest workers, and with the best price you’ll find at any place in Buffalo.

My business watches kids that are toilet trained to 12. Description My business watches kids that are toilet trained to 12. The inside has tables and bins of toys and comes with 1 meal and a snack everyday, naptime, playtime, and a learning area for all ages. It is a low price a month and we pickup and drop-off kids everyday after the day. If it is more convenient you may pick up your kid from our daycare.

Company founders and title I am the founder and head manager of this company. My assistant is the second in charge and will assist with the kids.

Employees and job openings I will only need 6 other people assisting me as childcare workers. 2 janitors 2 cooks 2 bus drivers

It was available for sale, and that’s why I chose it. Location 465 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14203 It was available for sale, and that’s why I chose it. It’s an easy street to find and is open so the kids have big places to play.

Market analysis My industry is Childcare. My target customers are: Both Male and Female young parents who have work or school and cant watch their kids or grandchildren. Age Range: 2-12 and 14-80 Income: Any income My customers will be located in the Buffalo area.

SWOT analysis Strengths: I have experience in childcare, we have low prices, newer things and technologies, the best education, and I have 4 younger siblings that I sometimes I have to watch after. Weaknesses: We are starting a new program so is new and will take time for people to gain trust in us. Opportunities: We could open at other locations with other people. We might add more rooms s and expand our original building. Threats: Other babysitting and daycare centers : Rose Garden Early Childhood Center and My Precious Angel Childcare.

Marketing and sales strategies For my grand opening there will a open house including a cookout at the end with refreshments, and will be discounts on the first month of childcare at our place. For the kids they will be supervised and have story telling, snack and drinks, and can play in the new playroom. I will grow by buying other locations and making it my own and also building more on and around my original building. Franchise strategy. For advertising I will be hanging up posters, handing out flyers a week before the opening, and will be posted on social media and commercials. I am going to sell my babysitting services by being the most affordable and the best quality babysitting place in Buffalo and wont have salespeople but will pay all my employees hourly and bi-weekly.
