Figure 1 Treatment protocol and luteal-phase supplementation scheme. Recombinant FSH (rFSH; 150–200IU) was used for stimulation. Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone antagonist (0.25mg/day) started when follicles reached ⩾14mm. Ovulation was triggered with leuprolide acetate (1.5mg). Luteal phase was supported with three doses of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG; 250–1000IU).
