Industry Development The real industry progressed from an agricultural to an American industrial society Industrial revolution boosted the business of real estate Availability of funds, residential and commercial needs booted the real estate industry in America It has become most lucrative sector of American society. Presently the commercial real estate is worth at least 5 trillion USD.
