Synthesis TW (2012 USPS) Read through the rubric. Mark the rubric with high, mid, and low scores. In groups of 3-4 – read each others’ essays. Annotate the essay for essential elements of a synthesis paper. Use the rubric to score the essay. Make sure to use the language of the rubric as you score. Write a scoring rationale (3 ish sentences) Make sure that you score your own essay, and that at least two other people do as well
