Basically any environment with a cloud EPM product involved that has on premise data sources– PBCS/FCCS/ARCS A non hybrid environment would be something where both the EPM product and the data source are cloud based. Example: Fusion Financials and PBCS – these have direct integrations in the cloud and nothing crosses into the on premise world.
