Background: National Electronics Company About the Client Number of employees: 17,000+ One of the leading providers of electronics technology Population includes manufacturing, distribution and corporate employees across the U.S. Challenges Restructuring for growth caused re-evaluation of benefits and other challenges: Diverse population of employees who struggled with complex and fragmented benefit offerings, multiple plan variations and different carriers Administratively more expensive to support multiple platforms Lack of integration provided no insight into their population’s health status

Solution The organization implemented Health Advocate’s Benefits Gateway: Simplified access with one number to call Streamlined employee experience to increase engagement Applied advanced healthcare data analytics to identify at-risk employees and close gaps in care Tracked activity on a single technology platform 3

Improved Member Experience Instead of calling different numbers to reach different benefits, employees call one phone number to access all health-related benefits and services. Educated in the client’s benefit offerings, Personal Health Advocates triage each call and work with an integrated team of inter-disciplinary experts to answer questions, resolve issues and help employees improve their health and well-being.
