Step1-KEY IN Fill In Basic Information Thesis title Year of Graduation Semester of Graduation Name & Professor’s name Keyword Abstract Catalog(make sure pages information)

Step2-Upload full-text

Contents to be uploaded include the cover, abstracts, acknowledgements, table of contents, context, references and appendixes. Add watermark in all pages. Notice: Your thesis needs to be converted to a single PDF file containing your entire thesis.

Before upload file you need to… 1.Secure PDF 2.Add watermark Download watermark

Choose watermark pdf

Secure pdf 1. Open PDF 2. Secure 3. Encrypt with password Secure content Don’t click Restrict edit & printable Set password

Notice of secure pdf Please do not encryption the file. We could assist you do file preservation (means lock the right button and unable to copy) if you couldn’t do this progress.

Step3-Print When you pass reviewed, please print two of Authorization with signature give it to the secretary.

Step4-Submit If you do not have any question after checking, please click submit.

Notice 1. After submit your thesis, the library will review, and if everything is correct, the system will automatically send an e-mail notification to you. 2. If your thesis/dissertation does not pass the review, the system will send an e-mail notification. Please correct the errors as soon as possible or re-upload the PDF file to system.

last step When you pass reviewed….. Print two of Authorization with signature give it to the secretary.
