Subchapter 7, Private Career Schools Division of Teaching and Learning Subchapter 7, Private Career Schools 6A:19-7 Purpose and Scope This subchapter defines the programmatic requirements for private career schools and sets minimum standards for curriculum and personnel. The New Jersey Department of Education’s regulations, in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s rules regarding private career schools at N.J.A.C. 12:41, establish the procedures for operating a private career school in New Jersey. Rationale for Amendments Division of Teaching and Learning Rationale for Amendments Labor Workforce Development adopted amendments to N.J.A.C. 12:41 on December 19, 2016.
