NECROSIS, APOPTOSIS, DEATH Voloshyn V.

Necrosis (from Greek. nekros is dead), local death, mortify – is characterized by mortify of tissues in a living organism. The cells, group of cells, portion of organ and whole organ can be the subject of mortify.

1-- Prenecrotic 2 -- Actually necrosis 3 -- Postnecrotic Necrosis (local death) The Stages 1-- Prenecrotic 2 -- Actually necrosis 3 -- Postnecrotic

Microskopic signs of necrosis The cell’s nucleus changes Kariorexis Kariopicnosis Kariolysis The cell’s cytoplasm changes Plasmocoagulation Plasmolysis The intercellular substance changes Mucoid swelling Disintegration of fibres Fibrinoid swelling

NECROSIS OF the SPLEEN FOLLICULLS

NECROSIS OF THE EPITHELIUM OF KIDNEY CANALICULUS

Classification of necrosises according to etiology Toxic Vascular Trophoneurotic Alergic Traumatic

Clinic-morphologic kinds of necrosis Coagulative (dry) Sekvestr Colikvative (hydropic, damp) Bedsore (пролежина) Gangrene Infarct

Colikvative (hydropic, damp) and coagulative (dry) necrosis of cells

Fibrinoide necrosis

Coagulative necrosis

Colikvative necrosis

Heart attack (infarct of myocardium)

A hemorragic infarct of lungs

Gangrene
