Taleo Transitions Background Replace current Enwisen system which is difficult to support Goals Realize benefits from integrated system vendor for recruiting and on boarding Realize support benefits compared to existing on boarding system Migrate to new system to prevent having to update 2016 benefit and integrated HR/Academic site in old system Realize end user operational benefits for staff? HR Service, Employee Health, Badge, Parking, L& OD Timeframe Delayed due to Kronos, Peoplesoft upgrade Re-engaged in earnest Oct 2015
