Dear Ms. Collins,   Director of Student Services Oakton HS     I would like to thank you for informing me of the American Inline Camps Councilor Job Opportunity. It was my first summer job and it was such a fantastic opportunity.     There were many perks to working for American Inline. The pay was great for a first job,I got more than enough hours to work, and the shifts allowed me to balance work and summer very well. I even got a raise my first summer on the job.      Aside from just good pay and hours I was also able to work with lots of fantastic people and continually found myself being able to take charge and develop my leadership skills. The camps are very well organized and I was glad I was able to work in a professional environment. He supported me through two torn ligaments in my ankle and worked with me and my new schedule. He understands people and delegates authority to staff which means you actually get to run the camp and see your hard work pay off.
