FenyaStock Picking : Stock Take Made Easy

FenyaStock Take : How it works FenyaStock Take consists of a PC Application – FenyaSA and the mobile barcode scanner application - FenyaWM These two programs interact with each other to ensure data integrity and efficient data capturing.

Welcome to FenyaStock Take The Stock Take module is fully integrated into Pastel. There is no manual work other than using the scanner to count stock Create the Inventory Snapshot as you would normally do in Pastel.

On FenyaSA, you will now retrieve the Pastel snapshot and send it to the barcode scanner. Select the warehouse you are preparing to count stock for. Once the snapshot has loaded to screen it is then sent to the barcode scanner.

The next step will be to count the stock. FenyaWM accommodates bin locations, weight items such as nuts and bolts and serial number items. You have the ability to recount an item and verify counted quantities.

Once the stock take is complete, the stock take data is uploaded from the scanner to FenyaWM. FenyaWM will indicate : All counted items, with The serial numbers in stock The Pastel on hand quantity The variance between the count quantity and Pastel On Hand quantities All uncounted items

The stock take data is then imported into Pastel The stock take data is then imported into Pastel. From this point, FenyaWM is no longer involved and the usual business process will follow.
