Let’s Explore Some Common Problem Areas
All students in my class have 4’s! Ignore the “Final Grade” column. It has no impact on the students’ grades
The grades don’t calculate correctly or I have decimals that show up! Make sure the possible points is set to 4 at ALL TIMES! (even if the max. score was a Level 3) Exception: Set as 3 points for Conduct & Work Habits
There are blanks in the final grades tab! Make sure the grades have been “recalculated using the standards score”.
I “recalculated” but I still have blanks! There is a problem calculating the mode. The teacher must enter the grade manually.

This is the landing page once you have logged into the system.
Click on PT Administrator.
Hover over Gradebook
Click on Administrator Login
Select the school & teacher name Click Launch Gradebook
An alert message will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click Keep An alert message will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click Keep. You must then launch the Gradebook by clicking on this file at the bottom of your screen.
If it doesn’t automatically open, click the Gradebook icon If it doesn’t automatically open, click the Gradebook icon. It will be in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
Now, you can navigate the Gradebook.
The teacher will receive a notification of who accessed the Gradebook, date, and time.
