Call from Mr. Madke / Mr. Kulkarni of Aurangabad service About water sprinkling from front side in Glam 50 R tower cooler Complaint No. AUR2602160131 After that Mr. Bakshi visited at customer home on same day evening. Water sprinkling problem observed and assured customer to resolve problem. Next day morning discussed problem with Mr. Rajabhau & following action taken We have visited to BGAPL & tested 4-5 coolers for same problem but no any water sprinkling observed. Then we have taken action to resolve customer complaint & made one proto of back panel to hide gap between ice chamber top face & Honeycomb. Same day evening replace back panel with new back & problem resolved After study we have observed 5-6 mm Gap between top face of ice chamber and honeycomb pad. Due to this gap water is getting suck & fall on water pipe Water getting path thru pipe up to blower center. Blower sucking water & sprinkling from front side Study & Analyses

Following action taken after water sprinkling problem. STAGE 1 IMMIDIATE Honeycomb Length verified at factory & instructed for strictly follow length as per drawing. Water pipe route changed as below image in production BEFORE AFTER Further study is going on to take preventive action If same problem comes in field please change route of water pipe as suggested above STAGE 2 Double side foam self adhesive tape applied as shown in fig. in production Tape mfgr. Name: M/s. seal pack Tape length :- 250 mm, width : 23 mm, Thk. 2.0 mm

Following action taken & mold modification under process STAGE 3 Also please share field issues of this model to take corrective & preventive action. Green marked plastic angle to be welded At bottom face of ice tray in back panel To avoid water suction. NB:- Mold under modification & will be implement Accordingly in production.
