The “Interrupter” Comma!

Time for some examples!

Grammar Focus: Punctuation- Interrupter Comma (AKA Appositive Phrases) Today’s Journal: What is something from this past week you’d like to remember? In your journal today, try to write at least three sentences that use an “interrupter” comma. Make sure you circle BOTH commas and write the proof (interrupter) above. You do not need an example from the reading as we haven’t read anything yet. 
