History of Cantonese cuisine Cantonese cuisine comes from Guangdong province and is one of the eight culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine. Its prominence outside china is due to large number of emigrants from Guangdong

Chinese table manners When eating meal in Chinese people are expected to behave in a civilized manner. Have a good attitude when you’re at the table.

Area type cuisine This is because most of the Chinese who immigrated and set up restaurants overseas were from Guangdong. Cantonese cuisine flavours mild, fresh, natural and slightly sweet.

Australia The cuisines are mainly different due to the ingredients and where their products come from. The cooking techniques are different but some are the same, they use different knives like sizes. Cantonese cuisine has more flavour and spice in it.

BBQ ROAST CRUNCH PORK This comes from Cantonese and Australia, a lot of Australians like to eat pork/ meat, and Cantonese cuisine also have pork. It comes from Tommys brain. My opinion- To be honest this dish could be healthy and not healthy but the way we have design and made the dish it will be healthy a bit due to have lettuces and stuff. Others- The flavour I got from Cantonese cuisine because their dish have a lot of flavouring that are nice.
