STAND BY Stand By: Director or Floor Director raises hand, all fingers pointing up, palm toward the subject.

CUE TALENT Cue Talent (Go Ahead): - Director or Floor Director points at the person who is to speak or act at that point

SPEED UP Speed Up: Director or Floor Director moves around forefinger in circles around each other or uses one finger in a circle

SLOW DOWN Slow Down: Director or Floor Director moves hands apart as if pulling something apart, or stretching it out

TWO MINUTES Two minutes to go: Director or Floor Director raises two fingers or uses a flash board to indicate time remaining

ONE MINUTE One Minute to go: Director or Floor Director raises one finger or uses a flash board to indicate time remaining

30 SECONDS 30 Seconds to Go: Director or Floor Director shows talent one closed fist
