Sector emergency updates Integrated response plan OCHA led at field level West JM Nutrition crisis. CERF fund received 0.6 million USDs, partners that have SHF and bilateral funds. WR: In Rokero, assessment done and needs are very much present. 4 new water schemes constructed. In Golo: Assessment done and needs are very much present. WASH activities have started. TGH: In Golo, to open a base. Rehabilitation of open wells and hand pump. HP to start in Golo city. NEF: Rokero. Wells rehabilitation, latrines, HP. To open a base. East JM: Inter-agency assessment conducted in Beli. SK: Based on food insecurity. Was presented at HCT. 6 priority localities will be targeted. Do the partners have the capacity to conduct such extensive assessment? BN: Driver not yet known, last year BN assessment (review and inputs from the partners to establish the priorities, available assessment to be shared)
Sector emergency updates SSR UNHCR has drafted out of camp strategy (200,000 people out of 400’000 people caseload) Others ND: Al Lait inter agency mission report 9-13 July, overall needs 3,4 million, WASH requirement 1,8 million. report to be shared.
Sector emergency updates AWD ED: CFR 6.3% increased of 0.7% compared by last week, AR 0.7% increased by 0.02% (quality of WASH services??) SD: CFR 5.3% increased of 4.1% ND: CFR 5.5% increased of 1% compared to last week SK: CFR 8.7% with increase of 0.6% from last week. WK: CFR 9.8% same as last week. BN: CRF 3.4% increased by 0.2% with high AR 0.25% WN: # of cases reduced, continue of efforts (rainy season) Sudan average CFR: 2,1% AR: 0,07&

IWRM Goal: What is the community participation in IWRM? For water, agriculture, natural resources, livelihood, industries. Establish catchement management committee at high level and community level another committee (planning, management, monitoring) ?: What are the WASH sector projects in IWRM? Example: Gedaref, Kassala, Red Sea, Nyala. WR: Is there national guidelines on IWRM? Plateform for IWRM in SDG, sector reform IR: How can IWRM be integrated in emergency activities? More presentations to be done in WASH sector. OFDA: Share lessons learned in ND on IWRM? Will share the lessons learned
