NORTH STOCKTON PROJECTS III ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ZONE C-7 AND SUB-ZONE A, STOCKTON CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 96-2 Recommendation: At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, provided the votes for formation of Zone C-7 and Sub-Zone A and levy of an assessment, in terms of dollars of assessment, exceed those against, adopt a resolution overruling all protests, adopting and confirming the Engineer's Report, ordering formation of North Stockton Projects III Assessment District Zone C-7 and Sub-Zone A, and confirming the maximum annual assessment of $144.00 per dueF (dwelling unit equivalent Factor) for Zone C-7, and an assessment of $159.00 per dueF for Sub-Zone A, both subject to an annual escalator.
