Objectives to exchange good practices in the field of HRM Assessment; to raise awareness and knowledge about HRM performance assessment’s various models and tools; to involve the HRDs practitioners and HR Managers at the national level in the cooperation with the EUPAN (HRWG) and thus to improve networking between the HR managers; to assess and update the indicators given in the study and/or develop own indicators.
