Agenda Development Search Development Panels Block Panels Unit Panels

Development Search From the Quick Menu, select Developments.

Development Search Single-Society Access Select a development from the drop-down list, then click Search. Only developments from the specific society can be selected.

Development Detail Panel The Development Detail panel includes information such as Estate & Block #, bedroom size summary, annual review date and BCH contacts.

Development Detail Panel Selecting the society name will display details about the society. Selecting the Block Ref # will open the Block Detail panel. New to HC: Whether the society is an applicant subscriber and rent subscriber. Applicant Subscriber: Society uses the Housing Registry to select tenants. Rent Subscriber: Society enters their own rents. Development panels will display historical data for now and will be updated. Should be reasonably accurate. Block panels will be discussed later.

Development Blocks/Units Panel For each unit, the Blocks/Units panel includes the unit address, unit reference #, bedroom size, subsidy, current tenant, and tasks. Buildings with mixed subsidized and market rents will show “Yes” in the Subsidy column. Buildings in which all units are subsidized generally do not show anything in the Subsidy column.

Development Profiles Panel The Profiles panel identifies wheelchair accessibility, types of special units (wch, LEM, mkt), bedroom sizes, and other information.

Block Block Detail Panel Block Detail includes information such as funding program, rent caps, management type, and unit allocation.

Block Block Detail Panel From any Block or Development panel, you can also print Tenant Rent Reports, a Rent Summary, or a Summary of Tenants & Subsidy Required.

Block Block Detail Panel Summary of Tenants and Rent Subsidy Required report. For each unit, the Summary of Tenants and Rent Subsidy Required report contains: Unit reference number Bedroom size Main tenant names Number of residents Basic Rent Contribution Charges and Allowances Tenant Rent Contribution (BRC + charges – allowances) Approved Total (actual rent) Rent Subsidy (the amount paid to the society) Additional comments (eg. Month 1 means that the unit has been vacant for one month).

Block Units Panel The Units panel is similar to the Development Blocks/Units panel except that it contains information only for that specific block.

Block Amounts Panel The Amounts panel shows any charges or rebates allocated at the block level to all units (eg. a monthly laundry charge).

Block Control Panel The Control panel allows the society to custom-tailor the closing paragraph on the Tenant Rent Report.

Unit Detail Panel The Unit Detail panel provides information about a specific unit, such as heating type, heating allowance, occupancy, and wheelchair status.

Unit Amounts Panel The Unit Amounts panel lists unit-level items such as hydro charges, heat allowances/surcharges, approved rent and market rent amounts.

Unit History Panel The History panel shows tenancies and occupied/vacant status for that unit.

Unit Offers Panel The Offers panel shows any offers made on the unit, whether the offer was resolved or reversed, and the main applicant name(s).

Unit Offers Panel Select the Details link to view additional information about an offer.

Unit Tasks Panel The Tasks panel contains all tasks assigned to that unit, and shows whether or not the task was completed and by whom.
