The AUIRS4426S features a gate drive supply range from 6V to 20V, CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs, low input logic, and outputs out-of-phase with inputs on the two independent gate drivers. The IC is a very rugged, general purpose dual channel low-side driver which was specifically designed, tested and qualified for use in harsh environments such as automotive under-the-hood applications.
