Expanding our Reach: Start with strategies and activities: have a reason for the partnership. Brainstorm potential partners: Remember, collaboration requires shared vision. Perfect the pitch: Don’t just think about what you gain. Make it reciprocal. Have an engagement plan: Think about who, how and when to approach the new partner.
