iAPPS Social: Getting There To navigate to iAPPS Social, from the TL Dashboard, click the tab “Store Social Accounts”

iAPPS Social: Getting There Select a store, and then click the “Open Social” button once it appears

iAPPS Social: You Have Arrived Once you are in iAPPS Social, you can read & reply to ALL of the reviews for ALL of your Facebook Pages

iAPPS Social: Finding Facebook Reviews In the upper right hand corner, click on “Notifications”

iAPPS Social: Responding to Reviews Once you click on the Review, a dialogue box will appear. You can reply AS your store by typing an upbeat response and clicking “reply”.
