To assist with week 2 of the inspection, you may wish to provide the inspection team with some or all of the following evidence: if available, a summary of any self-evaluation regarding arrangements to support academies and their impact any strategic or other plans, including details of partnership arrangements, commissioning, brokerage and any evaluation reports documentation about how arrangements for monitoring, challenge, intervention and support are provided data sets about academy performance and any analysis of it case study material regarding targeted school improvement work and its impact school improvement or similar staff list, where relevant, with roles and responsibilities information regarding strategies used to improve leadership and management in academies and evidence of its impact information regarding strategies used to improve governance evidence to demonstrate how the MAT uses its resources to effect improvement, particularly how it is focused on areas of greatest need.

This list is meant to provide suggestions and is not meant to be prescriptive. We will be happy to look at any other evidence that you feel would be useful. We would also appreciate it if you could set up any meetings as relevant, as we discussed.
