Transfer a Call (digital, multi-line) Press the call transfer key, dial the number, announce caller then press the release key or hang up. Note: If during the transfer you reach a busy number, press the transfer key twice to return to the original caller. Back to digital, multi-line menu

Three-way Call (digital, multi-line) To add a third party to your call press the transfer key and dial the number. When the third party answers, press the transfer key. Back to the digital, multi-line menu

Call Pickup (digital, multi-line) In order to answer another phone that is ringing in your office from your phone, lift handset (hear dial tone), press Call Pickup key or dial access code *3, answer call. Note: Some phones may be intentionally excluded from call pickup capabilities. Back to the digital, multi-line menu

Ring Again (digital, multi-line) To Activate: –Press Ring Again key (lamp lights steadily), hang up. If you do not have a Ring Again key on your phone, depress the switch hook quickly. (You will hear three quick beeps followed by a dial tone.) –Dial the callback code, star one (*1), and hang up. While waiting to be notified that the line is free, you may make or receive other calls. To Respond –When the phone is free set will buzz, and the Ring Again lamp flashes, if you have one. Lift handset (hear dial tone), press Ring Again key. –If you do not have a Ring Again lamp, you will hear short bursts of ringing for six seconds. Lift the handset while the phone is ringing. The number you called is automatically dialed. Note: If you do not lift the handset during the six seconds of fast ringing, the Ring Again is canceled. To Cancel Without lifting handset, press Ring Again key. If you do not have a Ring Again key, lift the handset before your telephone rings, and dial the code star two (*2) to cancel Ring Again. If you call any 5-digit campus number and if that phone is busy, Ring Again will notify you when that line becomes free and will even dial the call for you automatically. The automatic Ring Again function ONLY works for on-campus calling. It will not operate on calls placed to off-campus phone numbers. Back to the digital, multi-line menu

Call Forward (digital, multi-line) To Activate Without lifting handset, press Call Forward key (lamp flashes), dial number where calls are to be forwarded, press Call Forward key again (lamp lights steadily). To Cancel Press Call Forward key (lamp goes dark and function is turned off). Back to the digital, multi-line menu

Call Waiting (digital, multi-line) Press Hold key to put the first call on hold. Press Call Waiting key to answer call. To reconnect with the first call, press the directory number where the call is being held. Back to the digital, multi-line menu

Call Forward (standard analog single line) To activate Call Forward, lift handset, dial #1, hear regular dial tone, dial the number that calls are to be forwarded to, hang up. Back to standard analog single line menu

Call Waiting During the original call, you will hear two beeps if another call is trying to reach you. To answer the new call, flash hook switch once to place the first call on hold, and you will be connected to the new caller. Flash hook switch once again to alternate between callers. Back to standard analog single line menu

Last Number Redial Lift handset, dial *89 to redial the last number attempted. Back to standard analog single line menu
