What are electrolytes? What are the types of fats? Pros vs Cons? Micro vs Macro nutrients Carbs – what types? What happens to them? Proteins – what are they? Amino Acids? Essential vs Non- essential.

BMI? GI? Set Point theory? General athlete diet and nutrition? Idea of balance – input vs output Labels and CFG

Test facts Test is Thursday, May 31 This review is not limiting. These are things that could be a focus for you, but remember, all topics and info covered the past few weeks is fair game for the test.
