Check the gradebook and my website for missing work regularly 3. Come see me at the end of class if you need to talk to me about your grade or anything else 4. If you have to leave early for athletics, check the website for homework assignments and work you missed 5. If you were absent when an assignment was due, write ABSENT on your assignment so I wont lower your grade

What is Wellness? Physical wellness Emotional wellness Spiritual wellness Social wellness Financial wellness Environmental wellness Career/School wellness Intellectual wellness Wellness is the state of being well (healthy) in each of the eight categories below:

1. Physical Wellness Proper care of the body.

2. Emotional Wellness The ability to be aware of and accept our feelings, rather than deny them.

3. Spiritual Wellness Values and beliefs that provide a purpose in our lives.

4. Social Wellness One's ability to interact with people around them..

5. Financial Wellness The ability to manage money.

6. Environmental Wellness Living a lifestyle that is respectful of our surroundings.

7. Career/School Wellness The ability to achieve a balance between work and leisure time.

8. Intellectual Wellness The ability to apply material learned in school to life outside of school.
