Itinerary Arrive at school at usual time Wear own clothes Bring a packed lunch/drink (no glass bottles) Depart School approx 9.30am Arrive at Castleshaw 10.30am Caving & Team Building Lunch – Packed Lunch (from home) Pond Dipping

Day 1 cont.... Sort rooms Evening Meal Night Walk Bed SLEEP!

Day 2 Itinerary Breakfast Climbing Lunch (provided) Canoeing Depart Castleshaw 3pm Arrive back at School approx 4pm Home (with stories to tell!)

What to Bring Castleshaw suggested ‘Kit List’ Towel(s), soap, shower gel, flannel Toothbrush & Toothpaste Hairbrush/Comb Nightwear Underwear (include a change for after canoeing!)

Rooms Rooms of 2-6 Girls on lower floor Boys on 1st floor Children to choose own pairs then rooms allocated by staff. Bedtime.....
