Below are the states which require Road permit for the order delivery India has moved towards GST effective July’17 to remove tax barriers between states. Beginning next year Jan, it is expected that a e-way bill by the supplier will be sufficient for movement of goods between the states. However, until then road permits (way bills) have to be issued by the purchasing dealers (Distributors) to bring the material inside some of the states such as UP (Uttar Pradesh) , West Bengal, Assam, etc. It also depends on the total value of the products.  For eg. It is not required for products of value less than 50K in UP state. As per State Law, goods entering into the states without road permit is liable for penalty under the respective state laws. Upon receipt of your Road Permit, Jeunesse will email you a confirmation within 24-48 hours and will release your order to the warehouse to be processed.
