Bias The difference in test scores that is attributable to demographic variables (e.g., gender, ethnicity, age, cultural, special needs)

Reliability The degree to which a test/test item gives consistent results each time it is used

Validity Degree to which a test procedure accurately measures what it was designed to measure.
