We Request That You Retain The Following Template Elements: Blue Background Color Duke Logo Shield (must remain in the upper left-hand corner) Title, Author List, and Affiliation Text-box and Formatting (must be centered at the top of your ePoster) For all other design and text elements, please feel free to customize the ePoster to your liking! If you have a question or concern relating to your ePoster’s design, please email Chris Keith: Chris.Keith@duke.edu Use PowerPoint to create your digital poster We suggest that you use the PowerPoint template provided on the next slide, but feel free to customize the design of your ePoster with your own content, images and figures Note: other templates may not appear correctly on a display monitor Go to “File” > “Page Setup” and ensure that the Width is 55 inches and the Height is 28.5 inches (Landscape format) Save your PowerPoint as a PDF and a JPEG file Go to “File” > “Save As” Click the “Format” drop-down list > Choose “PDF” / “JPG” under “Specialty Formats” Click “Save” Please preview your ePoster on a TV monitor prior to submitting to confirm it can be viewed clearly The filename should be saved as the following: LastName_AE2018_poster#.jpg. For example, if Dr. Gadsden submitted two posters, he would use the filenames ”Gadsden_AE2018_poster1.jpg" and ”Gadsden_AE2018_poster2.jpg” Please test how your ePoster projects.
