Formal Observations Round #1: Due by November 30, 2015 Pre-Conference Form - Posted Observation Long Observation (40 minutes or more....) Post-Conference 10 school days

Formal Observations Scale of 1 to 4 Distinguish between Innovative (4) and Applying (3) Innovative: 100 % engagement of students Students are engaged in rigorous work that is differentiated Domain #1­ 3 are now applicable for observations

Unit Assessments District Goal Collection of unit assessment prior to the start of the unit that reflect depth of knowledge (DOK) This assessment should be for the course where you teach the most students Please submit your first unit assessment before you administer it Communicate with your supervisor and/or principal

Informal Visits Monthly basis Conducted by individual who will be completing your final evaluation (minimum) 10­15 minutes in length Followed by informal conversation (within 48 hours) Not scored Focus upon promoting best practices
