Mobile Services Broadband & Telephone Services Enterprise Services Service Flow Mobile Payments -Customer enters the credit/ debit card & amount -He then inputs the MPIN to validate the transaction -The request is then routed through the Commerce Platform to the banking systems for validation. This could also be validated through other modes like VISANET or MasterCard or Directly with the banking systems. -The customer account gets debited and the merchant would be provided the funds on T+2 days for VISA/MCW settlement or instantly incase it is a direct bank to bank transfer -Customer receives a message as a receipt of payment TIME TAKEN = Instantly

Mobile Services Broadband & Telephone Services Enterprise Services Service Flow Direct Connectivity with the Bank -Money transfer -Customer enters the recipient debit card & amount -He then inputs the ATM pin for the same -The request is then routed through the Commerce Platform to the HSM of the bank & is validated. This could also be validated through other modes like VISANET or MasterCard systems. -If the account is in the same bank, then there is instant transfer to the same -If the account is in another bank, then the money gets transferred through VISA money transfer -Recipient receives a message as shown in the customer flow TIME TAKEN = Instantly

Mobile Services Broadband & Telephone Services Enterprise Services Service Flow Through VISANET or MasterCard -Money transfer -Customer registered with his debit card enters the recipient card & amount -Customer inputs the MPIN for the same -Request is then routed to the Commerce Platform -Commerce Platform then routes the same request to the bank -The bank post validation then sends the go ahead to the Commerce Platform -Commerce Platform then transfers the request through the VISA platform -Recipient receives a message as confirmation TIME TAKEN = T+2/T+3

Mobile Services Broadband & Telephone Services Enterprise Services Total Time Taken for Money Transfer/ Mobile Payments Total time taken for a customer to add a banking instrument could be about 2 minutes. Mobile Payments happen instantly Actual Fund Transfer takes about hrs Total transaction time for money transfer is 3 minutes. This includes the confirmation message for the same. Incase of an inter bank transfer, the money is credited in the recipients account within 72 hrs of the request being sent
