Our Innovation Project: Our Living Wall An art wall that doesn’t have to be arty Gigantic jigsaw canvas 40 removable tiles (PVC, primed and painted) Digital collection Inspiration: uplifting spontaneous wall art before refurbishment Aims: inclusiveness, empowerment, fun/play, pride, community, self-expression, meaningful family time How to offer legacy while continuously inviting new creations?

Findings Creativity, taking control, mark making, pride, belonging, legacy, togetherness Families feel welcomed and valued and part of Helen House community Successes: reaching children by embracing the family, happiness co-existing with sadness – making a difference My development: leadership, research, confidence boost as a learning disability nurse: celebrating holistic skills
